Chart notes
DUTY FIRST dueled from outside, kept the pressure on ARREST through the turn, gained the lead in upper stretch, cleared at the three-sixteenths pole and drew off. ARREST dueled inside DUTY FIRST, inched ahead into the turn, lost command in upper stretch and was no match for the winner in the furlong grounds. TAKE CHARGE CURLY chased four deep, got bumped entering the turn, continued four wide to the stretch and outkicked ALL THE KING'S MEN for third. ALL THE KING'S MEN got bumped from inside and took hold between early, continued between rivals to the turn, went two to three wide on the turn, failed to rally in the drive and got outfinished for third. CARPE BELLUM chased four wide at the back into the turn, turned for home six wide and improved position. JIMMY THE BOOT chased three deep between rivals, bumped with TAKE CHARGE CURLY into the turn, angled into the two path leaving the bend and weakened. ROAD OF LOVE made contact with outer rival early then was forwardly placed from inside, saved ground through the bend, moved out in the drive and flattened. TOFINO BAY tracked four then five wide on the turn and weakened.
