Chart notes
BEACH FRONT stalked the leaders to the turn, ranged up four wide on the bend to engage the leader leaving the quarter pole, angled in through the lane while dueling down the stretch and prevailed late in the drive. WOODLAND WALK pressed the early pace, assumed command on the turn, dueled with the winner the length of the stretch while put in tight quarters along the fence and was out-finished in the final strides. GILLIGAN set a pressured pace to midway on the turn, could not go with the top pair but kept on through the lane to hold the show. SAVVY LAYLA broke a step slow to be at the back, tracked the leaders through the turn and lacked a closing response. LOST IN MANHATTAN was outrun.
