Chart notes
SKELLY broke on top, showed the way up the backstretch in the two path, continued to show the way into the stretch, turned back a couple of mild bids into the lane, maintained daylight late. EDGE TO EDGE forwardly placed out in the strip, remained within striking distance three wide through the turn, moved bit closer upper stretch, could no more with the winner the final furlong. SIR WELLINGTON prompted the issue early inside, also crept a bit closer to the winner4 turning for home, flattened out final furlong to finish up best of the rest. PAYNE void of speed while inside, continued to save ground through the turn, improved position with a mild rally through the stretch. NECKER ISLAND off slowly, moved up to race in the two path, came three wide for the drive, came up empty. ULTIMATE failed to rally after a four wide trip through the turn. TUT'S REVENGE stumbled start, five wide into the turn, remained back. FRIAR LAURENCE failed to menace, backed up through the stretch.
