Chart notes
NEW COMMISSION settled off the pace outside then wore down the pacesetters in the late yards following a long drive. AHSAD steadied into the first turn, advanced wide, led narrowly and was nailed at the wire. KINGSVILLE raced off the leaders, swung wide in the stretch and closed strongly. A C EXPRESSWAY close up outside, led at the three eighths pole and weakened slightly. GET SET raced inside just off the pace, split foes in the stretch then faded late. HURRICANE HIGHWAY trailed far behind then narrowed gap without menacing. DREAMING OF GERRY steadied into the first turn, raced far back and lacked rally. SPEIGHTSTER RED earned narrow advantage outside then was finished after half a mile. MONSTRODAMOUS forced the pace inside for half a mile and stopped.
