Chart notes
EL MARRO chased the lead four then five wide down the backstretch, rallied three wide through the turn to make the lead at the top of the stretch, shook clear late under right handed urging and just lasted. THAT'S THE WAY unhurried early, closed with a rush five wide through the stretch and just missed getting up in time. HOPPY GILMORE altered course five wide before a quarter, loomed boldly four wide in upper stretch then was outfinished. MISTER MOBIL went evenly. ROSCO P. COLTRANE found his best stride late. OHIO MUNNY away alertly, set the pace to the top of the stretch and faded late while two wide. SERENDIPITOUS vied for the lead two wide then along the inside and was through after a half. WEEKEND BUZZ was a sharp threat along the inside down the backstretch, checked entering the turn and dropped back. SERVE REVENGE COLD was in tight at the start then failed to reach contention.
