Chart notes
HALF OURS N STORMY raced off the pace then moved up from four wide at the quarter pole to engage the leader at the three sixteenths pole and cruised on home to prove best. TRIPPER JOHN raced in the middle of the pack to the turn then moved up from four wide to make a late run and was a clear second. GRAND PRADO shared the command to the three sixteenths pole and tired. PREACHER raced in the middle of the pace from the two path then moved up on the turn and went between horses at the sixteenth pole for a late try but was too late. OJITOS was off a step slow and raced near the back through the turn and tipped out to five wide in upper stretch to improve position. B B MOODY vied for the lead from the inside and engaged the leader at the three furlong marker and dueled around the turn but weakened late. BAYOU BEAUX shared the command past the five sixteenths pole and faded. DIABLO CAT raced in the middle of the pack and was not a threat. CAJUN BERTI raced off the pace on the inside and lacked a late response. LETSTAKEITOUTSIDE showed no speed and was not a factor.
