Chart notes
CAYENNE CREEK took over in the three path entering the opening turn and rated the pace, came under pressure nearing the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and held well under steady handling. MAKE WAY saved ground on the first turn, picked up the chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn in the three and four paths, angled inside from the heels of Envision Success leaving the turn and got up for second the final strides. NO FOOLING DUDE stalked inside on the first turn, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail then flattened the final yards. ENVISION SUCCESS saved ground close to the pace, gave chase from the three eighths pole, entered the far turn about the three path, drifted toward the head of the lane and finished evenly. MOON OVER MONTANA raced in the four path the first turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn about the five path and ran evenly in the lane. MUSICAL AMERICA raced in the four path the first turn, entered the backstretch outside and gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, but showed little response and rounded the far turn about the six path.
