Chart notes
SOUTHERN DISTRICT , three wide the first turn, stalked the pace outside horses down the backstretch, circled the far turn three deep, secured command in upper stretch, was under urging in mid stretch and pulled away. POLAR WIND lacked speed outside horses, circled the far turn five wide and rallied. TINY TIN hugged the inner rail throughout and closed late. SAPONARA set a pressured pace along the inner rail, lost the advantage in upper stretch and gave way the final furlong. BAHAMA CHANNEL , bumped and in tight quarters leaving the starting gate, chased the pace near the inner rail, failed to keep up on the far turn and swung to the four path in upper stretch. BRASSTOWN bumped with BAHAMA CHANNEL at the start, raced three wide the first turn, prompted the pace two wide the far turn and weakened through the stretch. TRANSFER THE FUNDS , outrun, raced in the two path between horses the far turn. ZIPPER ZAPPER bumped BAHAMA CHANNEL when bearing out at the break, circled the far turn four deep and retreated through the stretch.
