BACKATYA stalked off the rail, picked up the chase nearing the five sixteenths pole and raced at a close disadvantage in the three path on the far turn, dueled for the lead mid-stretch and dug in determinedly to hold on. RIDICULOUS saved ground off the pace, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole and rounded the far turn about the three path, then dueled through the stretch for second. MASAI MAN settled off the rail the opening turn, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, raced in the five path on the far turn and was outfinished in the stretch duel for second. PIT STOP MAN rated a short lead inside, came under pressure toward the five sixteenths pole, contested the edge nearest the rail on the far turn and kept the advantage through the upper stretch, but flattened the final sixteenth. FEARNOUGHT saved ground off the pace, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole but showed little response through the backstretch. HAGLER showed little response.
