Chart notes
MALIBU TOAST sprinted to the front, drove clear, led throughout and proved the best. EXPECT A DANCER pressed the pace, saved ground, proved no match for the winner, but held on for second. MISS SHIPMAN raced within contention, made a late bid, racing four wide and was outfinished for second. FROSTED DIAMOND raced near the back, came around the turn four wide, made a mild bid, but was no factor. ALLOTROPE pressed the early pace, faded and was no threat late. PSALM PRAYER had a tight start, raced in the back and was never close.
