BLETCHLEY PARK stumbled leaving the start and was off slowly, was unhurried into the first turn and was allowed to settle through the backstretch run, saved ground into the far turn and advanced heading to the quarter marker, circled six wide into the stretch and loomed at the furlong pole, wore down rivals into the final sixteenth, took command in deep stretch and held in a drive to determinedly prevail. UNION WAVE allowed to settle away from the start, raced four wide along the first turn, tracked between runners into the backstretch and gained ground at the half-mile marker, raced three wide into the far turn, came in tight and was boxed in nearing the top of the stretch, continued to race in traffic heading to the furlong pole, found room inside of the furlong marker, vied between runners into the final sixteenth, was outfinished by BLETCHLEY PARK in deep stretch and got up for second in the final strides. ROBIE hustled leaving the start and was prominent in the early running, vied for the early lead with STONE'S RIVER then ceded to that rival along the first turn, attended to the decent pace along the backstretch run and stalked STONE'S RIVER into the far turn, advanced two then three wide and battled for the lead into upper stretch, took command while drifting out approaching the furlong marker, battled gamely into the final sixteenth, was outfinished in deep stretch and just held for third at the wire. HEAT N REHEAT shuffled back a bit on the run into the first turn, took back off of the decent early pace and settled two wide along the first turn, tracked between runners into the backstretch and improved position at the half-mile marker, was guided two wide into the second turn, continued to gain ground approaching the quarter marker then waited for racing room nearing the top of the stretch, was roused two wide in upper stretch, split rivals and vied for the lead at the furlong marker, battled into the final sixteenth, was outkicked in deep stretch and just missed for third. DRUIDIC allowed to settle, raced two wide and between runners into the first turn then shifted four wide approaching the backstretch run, gained ground along the backstretch and was well placed while four deep at the half-mile pole, continued his advance four wide at the quarter marker, swung five wide for the drive, ran evenly to mid-stretch and could not muster a final response. TIGER TOO settled along the inside to begin, saved ground into the backstretch run and improved position at the half-mile marker, saved all of the ground into the far turn, maintained an inside path into the stretch and was outkicked at the furlong marker, could not find more in the final sixteenth and finished evenly. STONE'S RIVER showed good early speed away from the start, vied for the early lead with ROBIE then assumed command into the backstretch run, dictated terms while on a snug hold heading to the half-mile marker, showed the way into the second turn then came under pressure nearing the top of the lane, battled against oncoming rivals to mid-stretch, fought into the final sixteenth and weakened in deep stretch. SHOT OF A LIFETIME prominent leaving the start, rated off of the solid early pace and tracked into the backstretch run, made a three wide middle move approaching the half-mile marker and raced within aim heading into the far turn, chased three wide to the quarter pole then shifted four wide for the drive, could not keep pace at mid-stretch and tired in the final furlong.
