Chart notes
FIRST AVENUE was unhurried early then rallied on the turn, swing out to be five wide in upper stretch, was closing fast in late stretch and was up in the final strides. IT'LL DO was saving ground on the turn then rallied along the inside, made a bid in late stretch but was out finished in final strides. SMOKIN WILLIE dueled for the lead while two wide into the turn, was in a long drive but weakened in late stretch. GRAPNEL dueled for the lead while inside into the turn, was in a long drive but faltered in late stretch. HE SAID WAIT was two wide on the turn then made a bid in upper stretch but came up empty in late stretch. LOVE SPELL was saving ground on the turn then made a bid but was no menace. KENNY D rallied three wide on the turn making a bid but flattened out in the drive.
