Chart notes
BLUE CHEESE OLIVE broke a step slow, pressed the pace three deep, challenged early on the bend, dueled outside THE BULLION BOMBER (IRE) past the five-sixteenths pole, took over into the lane, shook free midstretch and drew away. HOUNDSTOOTH broke a step slow, chased three deep then four wide around the turn and gained second. THE BULLION BOMBER (IRE) popped the gate open but did not come through the front, was backed out and reloaded, came away well and dueled outside PAT'S PADDOCK PICK for the lead, fought between rivals early on the turn then dueled inside BLUE CHEESE OLIVE past the five-sixteenths pole, stayed on to the final furlong then yielded to the winner and flattened to third. PAT'S PADDOCK PICK bumped with inner rival in the beginning, dueled from inside up the backstretch, failed to kick on with the outer pair midway around the bend and weakened down the lane. MAGNIFICENT RIDE chased under coaxing from inside, shifted to the two path around the bend and weakened in the stretch run. EAGLES LANDING bumped at the start, chased outside a rival to the turn, rounded the bend two then three wide and also weakened.
