Chart notes
PECKS NOT BAD prompted the pace along the inside for a half, made the lead set the balance of the pace, drew clear under left handed urging past the furlong marker and prevailed under confident handling. IT'SGOODTOBESEEN stalked the pace into the turn, rallied three wide to gain a narrow lead nearing the quarter pole, matched strides until mid stretch then was no match for the winner. COWTOWN BOSS had good position early, loomed boldly along the rail in upper stretch then was outfinished. WILDCAT BILL away alertly, set a pressured pace two wide for a half then faded late. JUST CHESTER had brief speed inside. BLUE MONARCH was no factor. KARAMEL CORN was in tight between rivals soon after the start then failed to menace. CHOCOLATE PHILLING trailed.
