LUCKY APPEAL was unhurried early then rallied on the turn, was five wide for the stretch drive and gaining ground strongly to be up in the final strides. FLOTATION STATION dueled for the lead while inside, was in a long drive and gamely dug in but weakened in the final strides. AXIS OF EVIL was unhurried early then rallied on the turn, was inside for the stretch drive and was gaining ground but was behind rivals in deep stretch and still finished well. COPPER ECHO dueled for the lead while two wide into the turn, was in a long drive but faltered in late stretch. DRINKING THING broke slowly then rushed up three wide into the turn, made a strong bid to mid stretch but flattened out in late stretch. DEACON JONES was unhurried early then inside and was no threat. CAT CODE chased the early pace while inside, was used up and stopped.
