MISCHIEF JOKE bumped with foes on both sides at the start, moved up under urging to get the lead inside the five-eighths pole, controlled the action in the two then three path on the turn, spun five wide into the stretch then was straightened, drifted out under a left-handed crop outside the furlong marker and held under steady urging. ANTONIO OF VENICE bumped with rivals on both sides at the start, was rated off the pace, moved out near the nine-sixteenths, chased four then five wide on the turn, came seven wide into the stretch, drifted out under a left-handed crop near the furlong marker, switched to a right-handed crop outside the sixteenth-pole and willingly earned the place. DETECTIVE TOM broke in and bumped with a rival, led the way early, lost the advantage inside the five-eighths pole, chased three then four wide on the turn, came six wide into the stretch and tired while able to get the show. THIRTEEN RED FLAGS bumped with an opponent at the start, settled off the pace, was urged while inside to the two path on the turn, came four wide into the stretch, drifted out outside the furlong marker and failed to threaten. ALWAYS A WARRIOR settled off the pace, was carried out some near the nine-sixteenths, went two to three wide on the turn, spun five wide into the stretch and faltered.
