Chart notes
SINCERITO , caught in tight quarters after a slow start, steadied along the inner rail when lacking room near the three eighths pole, remained along the rail to upper stretch, angled out approaching the eighth pole, closed determinedly and was up late. BUCKIN' DREAMER , sped to the early lead, set the pace along the inner rail, opened up in upper stretch and gave way grudgingly. SUPER NEEDY prompted the pace outside BUCKING' DREAMER and weakened in the drive. ESTIMATOR ZIGGY lacked speed, hugged the inner rail around the turn and had a slight rally. ASPENDOS , in hand between horses entering the turn, angled to the six path in upper stretch and passed tired rivals. MANTUA MAN , inside horses chasing the pace around the turn, moved to the three path in upper stretch and gave way. THE ICE MAN CARLOS bore in on the winner leaving the starting gate, raced forwardly in the three path around the turn and gave way. IMAGINIZED , four deep on the turn, floated out turning for home and faltered.
