Chart notes
JIGSAW stalked in the four path, bid midway around the turn, took the lead at the top of the stretch, drifted out to the six path passing the eighth pole, but drew clear. DR BAYTER tracked in the two path, was coaxed into the turn, swung out to the six path turning into the lane, and ran on for place. ALWAYS A WAY chased in the four path, fanned out to the seven path turning into the stretch, and kept on while on his left lead for show. EKATI KING trailed along the inside and made no impact. KING FALIERO set the pace in the three path, was cued in the two path approaching the quarter, but faded.
