Chart notes
THREE WITCHES stalked early then drew alongside the leader on the backstretch, dueled on the turn before clearing inner rival past the quarter pole and held safely under urging. CHISMOSA trailed up the backstretch, advanced three to four wide on the turn, finished willingly through the lane but could not reach the winner. KIRSTENBOSCH chased three wide into the turn, two wide into the stretch and finished evenly late. HOT PEPPERS stepped to the front quickly and steered across to the inside, set the pace with THREE WITCHES alongside to the turn, dueled around the before yielding to the winner past the quarter pole and weakened down the lane. CLIQUISH chased on the fence into the turn, trailed approaching the quarter pole and angled out to the three path, then weakened down the lane.
