Chart notes
EQUITIZE (GB) raced in the two path around the first turn, stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, began a bid from the four path coming around the far turn and kicked clear in the stretch. THE SKIPSTER saved ground early, tracked the leader on the inside up the backstretch, challenged from the three path approaching the quarter pole and chased the winner home in the lane. BRAMBLE BLAZE saved ground at the back of the pack through the opening half mile, swung out to the four path coming around the far turn, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late. SEVEN BRIDGES ROAD raced in the three path around the first turn, settled off the pace for the run up the backstretch, began a bid coming around the far bend, entered the stretch in the six path and improved position from there. GUARANTEED SPECK saved ground around the first bend, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack between horses, navigated the far turn from the three path and finished evenly. BOLD MAJESTIC raced off the pace in the two path around the first turn and up the backstretch, saved ground around the far bend and passed tiring horses in the stretch. GRATIA PRINCE raced in the three path early, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack on the outside, came around the far turn still in the three path and was outkicked in the lane. ROCKINGHAM JOE raced in the two path around the first turn, settled in the middle of the pack on the inside for the run up the backstretch, saved ground around the far bend and faded from there. BLAME IT ON DADDY trailed the field from the two path through the opening half mile, continued around the second bend in the three path and showed no kick. BIG LOUIE raced in the three path around the first turn, pressed the pace on the outside up the backstretch, dropped back from the four and five path coming around the far turn and tired further in the stretch. FLAWLESS BOURBON saved ground around the first turn, led the way on the inside up the backstretch, dueled from the rail around the far bend and tired in the lane. THIS IS A NEW TRACK RECORD FOR THIS DISTANCE WITH A START FROM THE STRETCH.
