Chart notes
SUE'S LITTLE ZING raced in the middle of the pack in the beginning, moved up on the outside around the final turn, took the lead entering the home stretch, drove clear and finished well. STARSHIP JAMBALAYA pressed the pace, raced close throughout, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. CHERRY STAR lacked early speed, racing evenly near the back, gained ground late and was a clear third at the wire. ZEEROCK raced in the back of the pack in the early part, showed late interest, but was no factor. COURTLY DOC raced evenly near the back in the beginning, moved up, but was no factor. GYPSYROSELEE dueled on the front end, saved ground and faded. THAT IS AWESOME raced within contention, made a bid around the final turn, challenging for the lead and dropped back down the lane. DEAL ME A PENNY challenged for the early advantage, faded and was no threat late.
