Chart notes
A WISH FOR MADELYN stalked the leaders in the early going, moved up on the outside around the final turn, pulled away down the stretch and finished strong. MIDNIGHT TRIP unhurried in the beginning, made a steady gain, proved no match for the winner, but held on for second. ANGELA'S CELERITY lacked early speed, raced outside around the second turn, made a wide bid and was outfinished for second. LONESHILOHSPECIAL showed early speed, saved ground around the final turn and weakened. SARA'S SAPPHIRE pressed the early pace, dropped back and was no threat late. SEE SASSY RUN raced evenly near the back and was never a serious threat. MEAN AMERICAN challenged for the early advantage, saved ground and dropped back.
