JOHNNNY'S GAME stalked the leaders in the early going, took the lead around the second turn, pulled away, racing in the middle of the track and proved the best. JUST BECAUSE pressed the pace, forwardly placed throughout, proved no match for the winner, but was a clear second. RED OCTOBER lacked early speed, gained position and was a clear third. STONECOAT lacked early speed, showed late interest, but was no factor. ADMIRAL RISTY pressed the early pace and was finished early. MOONSHINE SURFER hesitated at the start, left at the post and passed tired ones. QUICK ZONG went to the front, saved ground and tired. KAT'S SOLDIER lacked early speed, finished wide and was never close.
