Chart notes
IM THE MAN NOW quick to begin to set the early pace and drew off to race well clear under strong handling. JAMES'S MOONSHINE chased the top pair along the inside and finished well to edge up for the place position. WELDON G was hustled along from the outside, raced two to three wide around the far turn and weakened in the drive. MISTER TYRO raced off the early pace setters, was five deep near the eighth pole and had no final winning bid. K J'S LEGACY dropped back early, saved ground and never menaced. EL JEFE COBB raced from the inside down the backstretch, angled five wide into the upper stretch and never was a factor. MY BOAZ raced three to four wide and had no response.
