Chart notes
CAJUN FUN gave chase from the start, raced two deep on the turn and dug in to take over the final yards. GLASTONBURY was hustled to the lead at the three eighths pole then rated the pace, came under pressure nearing the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the turn and dug in from the head of the lane but gave up the lead in the final yards and just lasted for second. ASSERT DOMINANCE gave chase, raced five wide on the turn, finished well and just missed second. WHITE PIGEON chased inside, rounded the turn near the rail then flattened stride. POLITICAL DECISION set a pressured early pace then gave chase leaving the three eighths pole, raced four wide on the turn and showed little more. RUNAWAY ROAD pressured the pace to the middle of the turn then weakened.
