Chart notes
SPEEDY BUBBLES stumbled at the break then picked up the chase leaving the chute, improved in the three path on the turn, dug in for the lead passing the sixteenth pole and held on well. CHEROKEE CASTLE gave chase through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the four path, moved to the outside in the upper stretch and finished well to take second late yards. ASUE chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn and ran evenly in the lane. WITNESS THE ENERGY contested the pace and kept the edge at the rail on the turn, dug in from the head of the lane but was caught passing the sixteenth pole and flattened later yards. WINDSOR'S PLAY hesitated at the break then gave chase and rounded the turn near the rail. ICY STARE contested the pace through the backstretch, dropped back off the rail at the quarter pole and weakened. BLUESKYSLOOKINATME angled to the outside and raced wide on the turn.
