Chart notes
DAPHNE'S FIRE took over toward the seven sixteenths pole, tapered to the inside and rated the pace, raced off the rail on the turn, dug in leaving the turn and held well with steady urging. BLUE HOUR chased, held aim in the four path on the turn and ran evenly in the stretch. MIDNIGHT PASS gave chase, rounded the turn in the five path and came along to take third past the eighth pole. GREAT DEVOTION chased, raced in the six path on the turn then flattened in the lane. LADY SPARROW saved ground. LUNA WEST had a brief early lead then gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, faded at the rail on the turn and was eased later yards.
