Chart notes
JUST FOR LUCK raced well back two wide around the first turn, circled five wide around the far turn, closed outside and edged ahead while drifting in a bit. MISTER ABARRIO settled off the early pace two and three wide, rallied between foes, bid inside of the winner nearing the sixteenth pole but was second best late. PALACE VIEW (IRE) lagged inside, advanced four wide around the far turn, shifted widest in upper stretch and closed for the show. ST. JOE LOUIS (GB) was bumped after the start, raced four wide in midpack around the first turn, advanced outside down the backstretch, bid three wide around the far turn, led in the stretch but weakened late. MR BRIZEL bumped after the start, raced two wide and was no threat. FORWARDLY chased the pace three and four wide, was in tight in midstretch and faded. BERLONE pressed the pace two wide to midstretch and tired. HARRINGTON had speed inside and faded through the stretch. ORDINARY advanced four wide to the lead, cleared down the backstretch, set the pace along the rail around the far turn and gave way nearing the eighth pole. HENDRICKSON led early, shied near the sixteenth pole the first turn, saved ground in range and lacked a closing bid.
