Chart notes
NEIGHBELLINE saved ground throughout, bid to the front at the top of the stretch and edged off in the final furlong. NEZY'S GIRL steadied just after the start, rushed up inside, led and continued gamely to the finish. MIKEY'S SONG prompted the pace four wide, bid on the turn then flattened out late. XERCES dropped back along the inside then passed rivals while no threat. GO CHLOE GO earned a narrow advantage inside for half a mile and stopped. NORHO'S GAMBLE dueled outside then gave way after half a mile. PICARDY came in early then dropped back and was always outrun. A claim of foul by the second finisher against the winner for interference after the start was dismissed.
