MASTER THIS settled off the pace about the three path, started his bid at the three eighths pole, closed for the lead two deep approaching the head of the lane, raced clear inside the eighth pole and was steadily handled to widen. PYEONG CHANG stalked off the rail then rallied to the front inside nearing the three eighths pole, ran clear at the five sixteenths, rounded the far turn near the rail, was met toward the head of the lane, dropped back leaving the eighth pole and settled for second best. CURLIN'S THRILL stalked the earlier pace from the three and four paths, moved to the inside on the second turn and gave chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and showed little in the lane. POLAR WIND raced in the six path the first turn then stalked from the seven eighths pole, rounded the second turn about the four path, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole but weakened approaching the far turn. NEPOTISM was unprepared for the break and gave up several lengths while saving early ground, eased out into the backstretch, gave chase toward the seven sixteenths pole but weakened in the four path on the far turn. URBAN BANDIT saved early ground then eased out into the backstretch and showed little response. FLAT CAT took the lead at the mile pole and rated the pace inside, came under pressure leaving the seven sixteenths pole, was met toward the three eighths and gave chase from that point, but weakened off the rail on the far turn. MYSTIFIED stalked the early pace from the two and three paths, gave chase nearing the three eighths pole but weakened approaching the far turn.
