Chart notes
JACK HAMMER stalked two wide, bid and gained an advantage turning for home, then drew off under a drive. BEHEMAH STAR laid off of the pace in the two to four path, gained around the far turn to reach place and take aim on the new leader entering the lane, but failed to offer a challenge and held place. WISE VERDICT tracked in the three path, got outmoved by an outer rival around the far turn and chased willingly through the lane. WHO TOOK THE MONEY rated well back in the four to three path around the first turn, moved out to the five path around the far turn before fanning to the six path entering the lane, and moved up. WOODS N WATER settled off of the pace in the three to four path, tipped to the five path entering the lane, ran on but failed to menace. MANGUM tracked along the inside, but yielded into the far turn and failed to threaten. LANGS DAY trailed along the inside and made little impact. BENOIT pursued from midpack in the two path, chased in the three path around the far turn and gave way. CALICOCO set a clear pace into the backstretch, but was headed by an outer bidder turning for home and caved.
