MIDDLE MARKET was urged along on the outside, went four wide on the turn, came five wide into the stretch, rallied outside in the final furlong and closed strongly to get up late. RALEIGH ST. CLAIR bumped soundly with a foe at the start, dropped back the n moved out, settled on the outside, was urged five wide on the turn, rallied outside to make a bid coming to the furlong marker, took the lead inside that marker, led under a drive into the final sixteenth then was overtaken while able to get the place. SOUNDS LIKE FUN went clear early, moved in early on the backstretch, dropped from the two path to the rail on the turn, responded well when put to the crop in upper stretch, was collared by the runner-up inside the furlong marker and weakened while clear for the show. BOUNTEOUS bumped soundly with a foe at the start then dropped back while slow into stride, was urged along at the rear, went two then three wide on the turn, came four wide into the stretch then moved further out and improved position. CONNIVING was urged along off the pace, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went around the turn in the two path and lacked the needed response. HAVE YOU HEARD was well placed just off the pace, moved from the rail to the two path while chasing on the turn and came up empty. HEARD ON THESTREET was fractious in the gate, tracked the pace on the outside, chased in the three path on the turn and tired.
