Chart notes
RIGHT HAND RYDER hustled away from the start, went three wide into the first turn and assumed command of the early running, set solid fractions into the backstretch run, drew to a long lead while controlling the pace approaching the half-mile marker, was clear into the far turn and was kept to task into upper stretch, held the oncoming runner-up at bay into the final sixteenth, was fully extended into deep stretch and lasted for the win at the finish. WE CAN settled just off of the early pace, drifted out along the first turn and carried out a rival leaving the seven-furlong marker, raced three wide into the backstretch run and was content to track the solid pace heading to the half-mile pole, chased two wide into the far turn, made a steady advance on RIGHT HAND RYDER into upper stretch, was gaining in the final furlong but could not reel in the winner in deep stretch and was well clear of the rest for second. VERITAS AEQUITAS allowed to settle away from the start, saved ground into the backstretch run, encountered a bit of traffic into the far turn and improved position three wide at the quarter pole, offered a mild bid into the stretch and was well clear in the end for third. RIVERMARK prominent away from the start, came in a bit tight entering the first turn and steadied at the seven-furlong marker, tracked the pace into the backstretch run then chased the solid pace to the half-mile pole, ran in pursuit two wide into the far turn, lost ground into the stretch and tired in the final furlong. T G I F ALPHA forwardly placed away from the start, was carried three to four wide along the first turn and raced widest into the backstretch run, tucked in into the backstretch and settled off of the solid pace heading to the half-mile marker, chased four wide into the second turn and did not offer a response in the stretch. SIX HOT GRANDS broke alertly and was prominent in the early running, became rank and hard to place entering the first turn and came under a tight hold into the backstretch run, settled along the backstretch and chased the solid pace to the half-mile pole, ran in pursuit while saving ground into the far turn, dropped back into upper stretch and tired in the drive.
