Chart notes
EL BANDIDO never far back, closed rapidly four wide through the turn to engage the leader, made the lead near the furlong marker then finished full of run to win as much the best under a strong hand ride. FATHER OF LIES made the lead soon after the start, set the pace until mid stretch then was no match for the winner. ENJOY THE CRACKEN unhurried early, passed tiring rivals through the stretch in the four path. TWICE SHY moved up two wide through the turn, dropped to the rail then failed to sustain that bid. ELEGGUA prompted the pace along the inside into the turn, had speed into the stretch then weakened. NO MORE GUNS was no factor. CAMILAS WARRIOR vied for the lead three wide through the turn and gave way in the stretch.
