Chart notes
I'M CRENSHAW settled off the early pace, ridden into the far turn, split rivals two deep near the eighth pole and just got up under strong handling. EMERGENCY RESPONSE prompt the early leaders three deep from the outside, had a clear lead near the quarter pole, dug in late and missed in a game effort. TRUE DOMINUS rated along the inside, angled five deep through the stretch run and finished gamely to the wire. GOSPEL BUZZ dropped back off the early going, swung five wide into the upper stretch and had not enough in the drive. CHEROKEE LEGACY tracked the early leader from the inside and faltered in the drive. MAJOR CONTENDER set a pressured early pace while racing just off the inside and gave way.
