Chart notes
ATHENIAN PRINCESS dropped to race mid pack early, circled the field six wide and surged up late under strong handling. MORNING GORDITA chased early on, split rivals two deep inside the eighth pole and finished gamely to the wire while racing near the rail. DIXIE SHARPIE made a good rail bid around the far turn through the stretch and moved up to improve position. SMACKIN GOOD TIME vied near the rail and weakened in the final stages. P R POSIE GAME vied for the early lead between and weakened in the drive. AUNT CARI was hustled from the outside, raced six wide into the upper stretch and had not enough in the drive. KARATS KOUNT taken back, swung wide into the lane and never threatened. SENSE OF HEART vied three deep early and faded.
