Chart notes
CIDERHOUSE WAY saved ground on the first turn, bid past the seven sixteenths pole and improved in the four path on the far turn, dug in for the lead leaving the eighth pole and held on well. SILIPO settled off the rail the first turn, raced boxed in three wide off the heels of MISSIONSNINETYNINE from the three eighths pole to the quarter pole, dug in off the rail through the turn, eased out past the eighth pole and got up to take second late stretch. The latter tapered in and rated a slim lead, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the far turn at the rail, was met passing the eighth pole and relented the final sixteenth. THEWITCHISGONE rounded the first turn about the three path, started a four wide bid leaving the three eighths pole, raced close in the three path on the far turn and weakened in the lane. JUBA BOUND stalked inside, picked up the chase toward the three eighths pole but dropped back at the five sixteenths and faded at the rail. SPRITZER raced in the four path the opening turn, left the turn outside and showed little response.
