TAXED off a step slow, was outrun in the run up the backstretch, began to advance turn, came three wide for the drive, closed full of run to win going away, out seven furlongs in 1:23.53. PALACEIN away in good order, quickly sprinted clear while angling toward the inside, breather turn, continued to hold a daylight advantage past the furlong marker, proved no match for the winner to the wire, held the place. BACKYARD MONEY in the second flight, moved closer along the inside late in the turn, continued up the rail through the stretch, not enough for the place. ALWAYS ANGELS in the second flight while racing three wide, went evenly through the stretch in lacking a closing kick. HYPERSPORT chased in the two path, gave way in the drive. AMERICAN ROCKETTE off a step slow, trailed early, picked off a couple of tiring rivals after the issue had been decided. VERYLITTLECENTS off a step slow, remained back. MAIRSILS FIRST mid pack inside, stopped in the turn, distanced after the issue had been decided, jogged in.
