Chart notes
WALK AWAY JOE , three wide the first turn, was four deep around the far turn, gradually advanced outside horses the final furlong and was up at the finish. SHIVAREE stalked the pace down the backstretch, advanced three wide to challenge for the lead mid way on the far turn and hung between rivals. SHACKLED LOVE gained a two wide lead near the three eighths pole, went clear in mid stretch and weakened inside the top pair. STRONG FINISH , a forward factor along the inner rail for six furlongs, drifted out entering the stretch and gave way. BRASSTOWN , rank at the break, bore in and hit the inner rail approaching the first turn, was fanned four wide entering the stretch, angled in near the eighth pole and finished willingly. BAHAMA CHANNEL , outrun, swung very wide in upper stretch. VIKING QUEEN sprinted clear leaving the first turn, set the pace along the rail to the far turn then tired. KRUG dropped back under whipping entering the far turn.
