Chart notes
ROCKIN THE PALACE broke outwardly at the start bumping a rival, settled into stride, made a five wide move on the turn, then drew away in the final furlong to prove best, driving. LLOYD was well placed early from between rivals, made a three wide bid by the quarter pole, then vied for command between rivals by the furlong marker, but could not go with the winner, second best. BACK EAST chased the early pace from the outside, four wide on the turn, angled out in the lane to had a mild late kick to gain the show award. FREEDOM'S START chased the pace from between rivals, angled in nearing the quarter pole, cut the corner leaving the turn but needed more on the inside. SPENDOLINI was bumped at the start, then rushed up the inside and dueled ffor the lead on the inside on the turn, then weakened in the final furlong. MILLBANK MAN was settled early, swung wide leaving the turn and had no rally. BRONX TALE chased the pace on the inside, eased out on the turn and came four wide off the turn but weakened. NECCO vied for the lead three wide, then dueled for the lead two wide on the turn and weakened.
