Chart notes
BAJA BOOGIE was taken back early, raced along the inside, angled out in the drive, was gaining, took control at the eighth pole and edged clear. RED FROST set a clear early pace, raced three wide into the turn, couldn't sustain the run and finished second best. PASS IT AROUND chased the early pace, raced four wide, weakened and was along for third. BARBACOA tracked the early pace, raced five wide into the turn and was empty late. ANGELA'S ANGEL was void of any early speed, raced four wide and offered no late rally. JOHN JOHN was outrun early, raced four wide through the turn and never fired. LOVESUNFAIR was reserved early from the inside and gave way. HAPPY SLAPPER raced in mid pack early, went three wide and flattened out. COPPER STATE followed the early pace, raced seven wide and faded.
