Chart notes
BUFFALO SHUFFLE gave chase, challenged three wide nearing the head of the lane, dug in for the lead passing the sixteenth pole and ran clear in the final yards. JAMMIN STILL chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the three path then dug in at the rail down the stretch and took the nod for second in the final yards. STEVETHEVANDRIVER pressured the pace inside and took a brief slim lead leaving the eighth pole, was outfinished through the final sixteenth then nipped from second under the wire. STRETCH THE TRUTH took the lead at the half mile pole and set a pressured pace, contested the edge off the rail on the turn but was met leaving the eighth pole then outfinished in the duel through the lane. HEY CONGRATS broke awkwardly and ducked out at the break, gave chase outside, raced five wide on the turn and finished well; widest. JIMMY THE KID chased, raced four wide on the turn then flattened the final sixteenth.
