Chart notes
MINISTRY OF MAGIC settled off the pace in the two and three paths, bid leaving the three eighths pole, raced in the four path on the far turn, left the turn outside, dug in from the head of the lane and took over later yards. MINEOLA MIKE stalked the early pace three wide, left the first turn outside and bid from the three eighths pole, took the nod in the three path entering the stretch but was outfinished the final sixteenth. SUPERSTITIEUX stalked two deep then challenged toward the three eighths pole, had the lead past the five sixteenths but was met entering the stretch and relented the final sixteenth. SPONSORED saved ground, picked up the chase leaving the three eighths pole, raced off the rail on the far turn, drifted leaving the turn and showed little in the lane. LOCO quickly took over and rated a slim lead inside, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole, was met past the five sixteenths, dropped back at the rail midway on the far turn and weakened in the lane.
