PHOEBE'S FROSTY chased four paths off the inside down the backstretch before tucking to the inside through the turn, came under coaxing three furlongs from home, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and tired. PRINCE OF JOY coaxed from the start, raced six wide in aim of the leader before advancing to vie for command among a quartet from the nine-sixteenths to the seven-sixteenths, having tucked three wide at the half mile pole, retreated steadily from the half way point on the turn and went seven wide into upper stretch and folded.
