Chart notes
MUMBLEBEE was four wide into the first turn, settled three wide, two wide on the far turn, tipped out four wide leaving the turn and finished well to edged away late under a drive. JACKIE FLASH pressed the early pace and then dueled for the lead two wide, made a bid leaving the turn to shake clear, but could not go with the winner in the final sixteenth while being clearly second best. PIPPA'S PROSPECT dueled for the lead on the inside and weakened in the lane, held show award. RIVER LIBERTY was rated along two wide, made a middle move on the inside to stalk the front runners but tired in the lane. AWESOME SUNSET tracked the pace four wide and made a three wide bid by the quarter pole but weakened. KIMBELL'S STRATEGY was off slowly, settled on the inside, three wide by the quarter pole but had no rally.
