Chart notes
MOON CONNECTION settled off the early pace three wide, rallied four wide in the far turn to bid into the lane and moved clear under urging. MONTEREY PENINSULA moved four wide to bid into the far turn, continued into the lane but could not go with the winner while holding the place late. CASPER JUSTICE saved ground to rally through the far turn and continued to gain the show late. SPECIAL OPERATOR moved up inside to bid with the winner into the far turn then was outfinished for position late. SUEZ was not a factor four wide. BIG BOSS BEN weakened while three and four wide. STAR OF STARS was finished early. WILLET KINDA NIGHT showed the most early speed but gave way through the far turn.
