Chart notes
BRESLAU forwardly placed from the start, moved closer in the two path by late in the turn, engaged the leader soon after, lone duel to the wire, dug in late to narrowly prevail in game fashion. CHATTALOT broke on top, cleared early inside, continued to show the way by a diminishing margin through the turn, reacted when confronted by the winner late in the bend, raced on equal terms with that one to the wire, outdueled late. PAYNE in the second flight up the backstretch, shuffled back between horses late in the bend, lost position as a result into upper stretch, coming again late to finish up willingly. G T FIVE HUNDRED in the second group inside up the backstretch, encountered some traffic with a half mile to run, continued to save ground through the turn, closed the gap a bit on the top two late while being caught for the show late. MANTA REY within striking position while racing three wide through the turn, lacked a winning kick. INFILTRATOR broke back, lacked speed, steered in late turn, failed to menace. ROB THE RICH in the main body outside, four wide through the turn, failed to muster a rally. VODKA MARTINI veered in at the break, remained always back while racing inside.
