CHARACTER COUNTS tracked the pace four wide to bid into the far turn and edge clear nearing the lane then held safe under steady handling. JANIS moved four and five wide going up the backstretch, angled in some in the far turn and could not get to the winner. OVER BLINGED was on the lead outside rivals then inside the winner and came up empty in the drive. PRAIRIE FIREBALL showed early speed then settled back going up the backstretch and regained position late. FARRAH FOWLER moved up four wide in the far turn to make a mild gain. LITTLE MORE LOVE was four to five wide and lacked a solid closing bid. NOBLE PRESENT was in reach three wide and weakened. PIZZA GIRL showed speed inside and weakened going up the backstretch. SPOILED BRAT was always back.
