Chart notes
PYLON set the pace racing a bit off the inside, shook free on the turn, responded when roused and drew clear under urging. MISCHIEVOUS JONES stalked close up four wide, chased three wide on the turn, rallied inside in the stretch run and dug in gamely for second. R GOODTIME CHARLIE pulled close up early on the rail, chased inside on the turn, angled out in upper stretch, rallied outside and was outfinished for the place spot. RUDY ROD raced off the rail, off the pace, advanced on the turn and gained mildly inside. CRYPT raced off the pace, moved up on the turn and lacked a stretch rally. THE ANGRY MAN raced off the pace and did not factor. STEELY DANZA raced off the pace inside and did not factor. DIXIE CANNONBALL steadied at the start, stalked close up three wide, chased on the turn and faded.
