Chart notes
KENNEBEC , unhurried early, advanced outside horses in the stretch, took the lead near the sixteenth pole and drove clear. MIDNIGHT JOSTAR advanced in the two path leaving the far turn, gained the lead in upper stretch and continued gamely. YANKEE DOLLAR , along the inner rail leaving the final turn, eased out, took aim on the lead in upper stretch and weakened. DARK MARCUS , no factor, passed a tired rival late. MR. WHO staled the early pace, checked in tight quarters near the three eighths pole and gave way. NASHVILLE SKYLINE opened up early, set the pace along the inner rail to upper stretch then faltered. TEXTHELEGEND was outrun.
